Terms of Use

These terms govern access to ServiceSelfies.com, including the public feed, engagement features, media views, and presentation modes.

Effective: July 12, 2026

Service content is public

Posts are intended to be viewed, filtered, presented, and shared by the public.

Posting happens in Ignite

ServiceSelfies.com does not create a separate submission account or workflow.

Permission is required

Submitters must have the rights and permissions needed for media, captions, and people depicted.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Member Minder Pro, LLC ("MMP," "we," "us," or "our") concerning ServiceSelfies.com and related features (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction to use the Service on your own behalf. Submitters and organizations posting through Ignite are responsible for confirming appropriate authorization before content is shared publicly.

3. Content created through Ignite

ServiceSelfies.com is a public presentation and engagement layer for service content submitted through Ignite by member organizations. Your use of Ignite, and any account information maintained there, may be subject to additional MMP or organization terms and policies. Where those terms conflict with these Terms as they apply specifically to ServiceSelfies.com, these Terms govern your use of the Service.

You are responsible for reviewing account credentials, using only authorized and appropriate channels to submit information, and notifying us of unauthorized access.

4. Public content and required permissions

Content displayed by the Service may include a poster's name, service organization, club, district, zone, region, general location, media, caption, hashtags, engagement counts, and comments ("User Content"). User Content submitted to the Service may be viewed by the public, indexed by search tools, and shared outside the Service.

When you or an organization submit or authorize submission of content to the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge and reflects a genuine community-service activity;
  • you own the content or have all rights and permissions needed to submit and display it; and
  • you have appropriate permission from recognizable people depicted, including a parent or guardian required for a minor.
Do not include:

private membership records, sensitive personal information, confidential organization business, or information that is inappropriate for a public website.

5. License to display User Content

You retain any ownership you hold in User Content. By submitting or authorizing it for the Service, you grant MMP a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute the content through the Service and related ServiceSelfies properties.

This license allows us to create thumbnails, responsive versions, and cached copies needed to operate and present content across the Service. It continues for as long as content remains available through the Service and for a reasonable period afterward to retire materials already produced or shared.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes connected with genuine community-service activity. You may not:

  • post or promote content unrelated to community service;
  • harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or discriminate against any person or group;
  • publish private or sensitive information without consent;
  • infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • submit malware, spam, or deceptive promotion, or otherwise interfere with normal Service operation;
  • scrape, harvest, or compile member or engagement data at scale without written permission;
  • circumvent access controls, probe security, or overload systems; or
  • manipulate engagement counts or knowingly submit false information.

7. Moderation, reporting, and removal

We may review, restrict, remove, or decline to display content for any reason, including if it violates these Terms, is reported as inappropriate, or is no longer available from the source record. We are not obligated to monitor every submission displayed on the Service.

If you believe content violates these Terms or infringes your rights, report it to legal@serviceselfies.com. We will review reports and coordinate with the responsible organization as appropriate.

8. Engagement, presentation, and advertising features

The Service may provide likes, comments, shares, filters, sorting, media viewing, and full-screen presentation tools. Features may change over time. Engagement counts and ordering displayed are estimates and may be delayed, adjusted, or differ from upstream Ignite records.

Sponsored content is clearly labeled and is not an endorsement by any poster or featured service organization. Full-screen presentation modes exclude advertisements to keep focus on service content.

9. MMP and third-party intellectual property

The Service, software, and the selection and arrangement of Service content are owned by or licensed to MMP and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service beyond what is necessary for permitted personal viewing and sharing of public feed content.

Organization names, logos, and other third-party marks displayed belong to their respective owners and are used with permission or for identification purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Service marks or property.

10. Third-party services and links

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services, organizations, and content providers. We do not control third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and policies.

11. Availability, changes, and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, correct errors, or restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or product development. We are not liable for consequences of these changes.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms or as required by law. Provisions concerning intellectual property, indemnification, disclaimers, and general terms survive termination.

12. Disclaimers, liability, and indemnification

Service provided as is

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. MMP does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or an accurate representation of underlying Ignite records.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted, MMP and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold MMP harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. General terms

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement concerning your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
